Rock Water Creative is led by Jessica Hudson, a creative strategist, writer and media producer. I help purpose-driven organisations clarify what they want to say, shape stronger stories, and turn complex ideas into grounded, intentional creative work.
How Rock Water Creative Came to Be
I was born into documentary and grew up around film and storytelling, where real lives were shaped into stories that inform, connect and move people. When people say they were born to do something, I get to mean it.
My career officially began in Johannesburg after earning a BA in Film Production and Scriptwriting from AFDA. I worked across media and production in hands-on creative roles, writing, scripting and shaping stories behind projects big and small.
Over time, my focus shifted from technical execution to the thinking behind the work: the ideas, structure, messaging, and clarity that make projects succeed
Today I work as a creative strategist and consultant based in Bath, supporting purpose-driven organisations in the UK and internationally. I have completed project management training through Bath Spa University and was awarded the Future Founders Award.
